Kearsarge-Lake Sunapee Community Food Pantry.
Provides food to needy in the area at a food pantry located at the First Baptist Church.
Needed: Funds, food, & volunteer time. Make checks out to KLS Community Food Panty, mail to First Baptist Church, PO Box 336, New London, NH 03257. Non-perishable food, especially peanut butter, tuna fish, and other protein items. Collection box is located in the narthex.

Thanksgiving Food Baskets
Collection of seasonal food during November for distribution—a joint effort with other churches.
Needed: $$$, and also food, when requested in November. Help preparing baskets.

Support of veterans with health problems.
Needed: $$ and donations of toiletries; a collection basket is on the narthex shelf. Volunteers to help veterans access disability benefits.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Provides prayer shawls to parishioners or community members for whom we are praying. Come work with the Craft Group.

The Seamen’s Church Institute
The Institute provides spiritual, social services, and professional support to mariners.
