Meditation

Monday evening meditation 6-6:30 pm.  A bit of music and a short reading or two followed by silent contemplation. 
 

Monday Meditation is now led by Rev'd Jay MacLeod. 

For many years meditation was led by the  Rev'd Dr. Charles Tirrell who drew on his own experience as an Augustinian monk.  Father Charlie's sessions also took inspiration from the World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM), a global spiritual community begun in 1991 by Fr. Laurence Freeman, a Benedictine monk.  More information at  wccm.org.
